7N and Globeteam are two strong and complementary players in the IT consulting services market with a strong presence in the Nordics and Europe. In connection with 7N’s acquisition of Globeteam in 2025, C.W. Obel entered as a minority shareholder in the combined company with an ownership stake of ~5%.
7N is an international, expert-based IT consulting company with a special focus on “premium staff augmentation”. The model is based on delivering experienced and carefully selected freelance IT specialists to companies through a global, quality-assured database consisting of +8,000 consultants. 7N is recognized for its high professional standard and ability to support critical and complex IT projects.
For more than 20 years, Globeteam has established itself as one of Denmark’s most recognized suppliers of consulting and IT solutions with special expertise within digital transformation in the public sector.
The strategic merger combines Globeteam’s deep consulting and project competencies with 7N’s large database of consultants, flexible model and international network. The combined company thus gains a unique position in the market, where it can offer everything from strategic consulting and analysis to staffing, project management and technical operations – and undertake both larger and more complex tasks across the private and public sectors.
C.W. Obel completed the investment in 2025 as a co-investment with the private equity fund Polaris.
