The real estate investments of C.W. Obel are conducted through the subsidiary C.W. Obel Ejendomme.
C.W. Obel Ejendomme owns, leases and manages well-maintained residential and commercial properties in Greater Copenhagen and Aalborg. The focus is on quality, location and long-term value creation.
The portfolio is characterized by solid operations, good service and attractive settings for both companies and residents – close to city life and with well-functioning infrastructure. Operations are largely handled internally with our own caretakers and operations teams which ensures proximity to tenants and efficient, daily follow-up.
The real estate activities amount to 9.8 billion DKK, of which 2.2 billion DKK is the Group’s share of the portfolio in Obel-LFI Ejendomme A/S, which is owned 50:50 with the Lundbeck Foundation. The total portfolio under administration amounts to approximately 12 billion DKK.
