Kilsmark is the holding company of the two independent companies, Palcut and Minkpapir. Palcut was established in 2009 and manufactures full-automatic paper cutters as well as non-slip insert sheets for European industrial companies. Minkpapir has existed since 1987 and manufactures paper bags. Kilsmark and the two companies are headquartered in Holstebro.

C.W. Obel has been a co-owner of the company since 2007.
