ID Identity is a Danish clothing company headquartered in Holstebro. The company focuses on development and sales of clothing to companies (corporate wear), large events and the textile service industry in Europe. The application areas puts high demand for the clothing which has a stylish, classic, timeless and long lasting design which does not get out of fashion and sustains fitting and color wash after wash. The products are sold under brands as ID Pro Wear, Seven Seas and Geyser.

ID Identity was founded by Per Rex and Hans Peder Holm in 1983. Today, Hans Peder Holm and family owns the majority of shares and management is a co-owner of the company. ID Identity has since its foundation experienced a stable and continuous growth. Today, ID Identity possesses a central market position on several European markets – not at least based on a number of very iconic design classics which are sold millions of times every year.

C.W. Obel acquired a minority ownership stake in ID Identity (Rexholm A/S) in November 2019. In connection with the transaction, Mikkel Vendelin Olesen (former Pandora CEO) took over as chairman of the company, and the board has been strengthened with other new competences. The international growth journey is substantiated with e.g. increased digital sales and the launch of an online business focusing on the B2C-segment.
